How do I start a subscription?
When adding an item to your cart, make sure that you first change the frequency to however often you would like to receive your auto delivery. This will start a subscription once your order has been placed. Make sure that you do this for each item you would like included in the subscription.


What are the auto delivery frequency options?
When starting your subscription, you can choose to receive your auto deliveries either once a month, once every two months, or once every three months.


How do I skip an auto delivery from my active subscription?
To skip an automatic delivery, you must contact us via email at or via phone at 805-534-1600. Please make sure you are contacting us prior to the date of your next auto delivery order.


How do I update the payment method for my auto deliveries?
Auto delivery orders will automatically be charged to the payment method that was used when the subscription was created. To update this, you will need to contact us via phone at 805-534-1600. We do not recommend sending your credit card information via email.


How can I view or edit my current subscription?
Unfortunately we do not have a customer portal to view your current active subscriptions, in order to view and/or edit your subscription you will need to contact us via email at or via phone at 805-534-1600.


How do I cancel my subscription?
You will need to contact us either via email at or via phone at 805-534-1600 to cancel or change your subscription.
