How do I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you are not able to cancel your order once it has been placed. If you have made a mistake with your order and need to switch out items, please email our customer service team at Please make sure you include your full name, your order number, and a clear description of what is needing to be changed on your order in the e-mail.

If your order has already physically left our warehouse OR has been billed, you may contact us, but please be aware we will generally act in accordance with our return policy
